Already Have a Will or Trust?

You can include HTAT by simply adding an amendment to your current documents. Here is some suggested bequest language you can send to your tax advisor for review:

Life-Long Care for Your Cats

If you would like to set up life-long care for your cat(s) after your death, you can enroll them in our Bequest Funded Feline Program. Upon your passing, the shelter will care for and eventually adopt out your cat(s). Please fill out one form per cat and mail the form(s) to the shelter.

In Memoriam Donations

Thank you so much for thinking of HTAT at your time of loss. We deeply appreciate your generosity and will do everything we can to make sure the memorial donation process is as simple as possible.

How can I make a donation in memoriam?

When making arrangements, please include the following note in the obituary: “In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in [name]’s memory be made to the Here Today Adopted Tomorrow Animal Sanctuary, P.O. Box 557, Brimfield, MA 01010.”

You can also make an individual memorial donation directly:

Online via our giving page. Simply check the box that says "Dedicate my donation in honor or in memory of someone" and fill out the form that follows.
By mail. You can mail a check to P.O. Box 557, Brimfield, MA 01010, and designate the memorial donation in the memo field.

If you would like a report of the donations made in your loved one's memory, please notify us, providing your email or mailing address. We usually send this report a few weeks after the services, but we are glad to provide it sooner if needed.
