If considering adoption, you must be 18 years of age and you will need the following:

To fill out an adoption application:
1) Click the photo of the animal you’d like to adopt below.
2) Click the “Apply to Adopt” button.
3) Create a profile.
4) Enter emailed code.
5) Complete and submit your application.

To speak to an HTAT representative. Voicemail, Email and Adoption applications are checked daily.

Adoption Fees:
Kittens (under 7 months old)
Residents in our Service Area - $225
(Brimfield, Holland, Palmer, Monson, Southbridge, Sturbridge, Wales, Ware and Warren)
Residents of other Worcester county and Western MA towns, and residents of Windham and Tolland counties in Connecticut - $275 (or two for $500)
Residents of all other areas - $325 (or two for $600)
Exotic breed fees may apply
Adult Cats
Adult cats (7 months - 7 years) - $150
Spirit cats and senior cats (over 7) - $65
Residents in our Service Area receive a discount on adult cat adoptions:
Brimfield, Holland, Monson, Sturbridge, Wales and Warren - $25 off
Palmer, Southbridge and Ware - $50 off
Exotic breed and declawed cat fees may apply
