Happy Endings, New Beginnings

Hi there readers!

Well, we've come to the end of our journey together. I can't believe it! My babies have all been adopted, and are safe and happy in their new homes. I am so proud of all of them.

I am so grateful to Michelle for giving me a warm place to raise my babies, and helping HTAT find them each a loving new family. Thank you, Michelle!

Best foster mom ever!

Now that I'm an empty nester, it's time for me to put down my roots in a home of my own. I was spayed the same day as my kittens, so no more babies for me! Three is definitely enough.

Even though I'm done being a mom, I still have a lot of love to give. At nine months old, I'm basically a kitten myself! I have a long, rich life ahead of me, and I can't wait to spend it cuddled up on a warm chest.

My time in the shelter is coming to an end, but there are still young, unspayed or pregnant cats out there who need your help. I hope my story has inspired you to lend a loving hand to a cat in need.

Here are some ways you can help cats and kittens like me, Mina, Tux, and Ballou:

  • Spay or neuter your cats. Female cats can get pregnant at just six months old. But we can be fixed as early as 8 weeks. Even if your cat lives indoors, don't wait! We can easily slip outdoors. Never underestimate the determination of a queen in heat.

A cat with a cropped or "tipped" left ear has been fixed.
  • Support Here Today Adopted Tomorrow. HTAT is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that works to keep animals with their families. Your donation will save lives and help to end animal suffering in your community. And if you can't donate, spread the word by sharing HTAT's posts on Facebook.

From my whiskers to my tail, thank you for following my story. It has been so fun sharing my experiences with you each week. And there are so many cats out there with stories just waiting to be told! By volunteering or giving to HTAT, you can be a lifesaving part of those stories.

So long!

P.S. Kitten Season is in full swing. Support our fostering efforts by donating to HTAT or applying to foster.
